House Association

Epsilon Gamma House Association is happy to report that it has a complete slate of board members and members-at-large. Refer to the list below for the names of wonderful volunteers will be brought up for a vote at the annual meeting after IRD. We are so happy to have support from so many Epsilon Gammas.

House Association has been discussing a potential refinancing for the Chapter House with several lenders. We determined that the outstanding loan balances total less than half of the Chapter House's value and it is likely we could tap into some of the Chapter House’s equity. House Association and the Collegiates have had a long list of projects without the necessary funds for the last few years. Assuming the refinancing occurs this Spring, we believe we will be able to remodel the kitchen and replace all the upstairs windows this Summer. Other potential projects could be: remodeling the upstairs bathroom, purchasing new dining room tables and chairs, and replacing the carpet upstairs and downstairs. Donations for these projects are always appreciated.
